Do your apps need an internet connection?
No. PureVoice AI, StemCraft, and CaseScribe all process everything on your device using Apple's on-device frameworks. They work fully offline, including in Airplane Mode.
Do you collect or see my data?
No — none of our apps upload your recordings, files, or notes to us. Full details are in our Privacy Policy.
An app is crashing or not working as expected — what should I do?
Try force-quitting and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store. If that doesn't fix it, email us with the app name, your device model, and iOS version so we can look into it.
Can I get a refund?
All purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store, so refunds are handled by Apple rather than by us directly. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
